Advisory Member for Investment Committee

The New Mexico State Investment Council (SIC) is one of the largest and best‑performing sovereign wealth funds in the United States, managing more than $70 billion to support long‑term funding for public education, health care, and other essential services that benefit the people of New Mexico. The SIC is seeking one volunteer advisory member to serve on its Investment Committee (IC). The IC is a standing committee of the Council that reviews investment strategy, policy, asset allocation, performance benchmarks, and proposed investments before making recommendations to the full Council for consideration. Advisory members help ensure that investment decisions are aligned with the Uniform Prudent Investor Act and are made in the best interest of New Mexicans. Individuals interested in serving in this unpaid role should submit a resume or curriculum vitae and confirm their ability to attend meetings held on the afternoon of every third Tuesday of the month.
