The advisor for the National and New Mexico Private Equity Programs is Mercer (formerly Pavilion). Mercer completed its acquisition of Pavilion Alternatives Group in November of 2018. The Council selected Mercer (formerly Pavilion and LP Capital) following an RFP process in 2011, and expanded their mandate in 2019.

Sun Mountain is the General Partner overseeing the investments in New Mexico venture funds populating the $20 million New Mexico Catalyst Fund. The Catalyst Fund seeks to co-invest with New Mexico-based venture funds targeting early-stage and seed investments in emerging New Mexico companies.
